Homemade Potato Chips

"STOCKED" Potato Chips

Delicious Homemade Potato Chips could not be easier.  The trick is to thinly and evenly slice them.  A Mandoline is really helpful for this, but not necessary.

  • 2 Russet and/or 1 Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 T Olive Oil, for drizzling
  • 1 T Grill Seasoning, or to taste

    1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, slice the white potatoes and/or the sweet potatoes into 1/8-inch thick slices.
    3.  Put them in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss well. Arrange in a single layer (without overlapping) on parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 12 minutes. Turn the slices over and continue to bake, checking every 2 minutes until brown and crispy, about 6 to 8 minutes longer.
    4.  Season the chips with grill seasoning (or salt and pepper), to taste.
