Hasselback Potatoes

We are loving these potatoes.  The simplicity of baked potatoes with tons of flavor.  I apologize for the picture quality.  I hope that they get better as we blog more!  :)

Scrub well 4 large or 6 small potatoes.
Place wooden skewers on either side of the potato.  Slice 1/8" to 1/4" slices down to the skewers across the potato. Make sure to not cut all the way through.
Mix together softened butter, garlic, and seasoning salt.

Easiest to do this with a fork.

Spread butter mixture over top of potatoes, place in a baking dish, and bake for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are crispy on the edges and softened through.
